Basic and Experience Service Levels:
Q: What is the difference between Basic and Experience service?
A: Our Experience service is intended to involve the customer in the design decisions that occur during the creative process. The manager assigned to these orders will ensure that we have all the information we need, and send photo proofs of the doll during the production process. The customer may reply to the photos with requests for changes to the doll or an approval to move on to the next step in the process. Our basic service does not include the photo proofs of the doll during the process, instead the customer service manager uses his/her capable eyes to quality check the likeness of the dolls against the customers photos and requests.
