1. How long does it take?
We have by far the fastest turn around times in the business. On large orders up to 100 pieces we can generally delivery the dolls within 2-3 weeks. On large orders of 100+ pieces we can delivery the order in 4-5 weeks with air shipping and 3 months with sea shipping. Please call us at 866-839-1787 for more details if you need a rapid turnaround.
2. How much does it cost?
For orders of up to 100 of the same piece or 10 different pieces, a price quote is available using our price quoter, please click here. For orders of 100 or more of the same piece or 11 or more of different pieces, please call 866-839-1787 x105 for an immediate quote, based on the specification of your order.
3. What are the dolls made from?
Our dolls bodies are made from polyresin and/or a hard-polymer clay, both of which are similar in look, feel and weight.
4. How large are the dolls?
For orders of 50 or fewer dolls, our bobbles are a whopping 9” talls, giant in comparison to other producers. For orders of 50 or more, the dolls are generally 7” tall, but quotes for 9” dolls are available upon request.
5. Can you make the doll look like ...?
If you can dream it we can do it! We can make a doll to just about any design you want. We are only restricted from making celebrity dolls, unless you can provide proof of permission/licensing.
6. What artwork do I need?
Our only requirement is a front-shot view of the head of the person/figure you would like made as a bobblehead. A side-view head photo and body shot are also helpful, but we often make dolls without these photos by using the description of the client. We also have a graphic artist who can provide a mock-up of the doll at no charge before we start production of the model.
7. Can I have a logo put on a doll?
Yes, most of our large orders feature logos, as they are often used for corporate branding or corporate awards.
8. Is there a setup charge?
We have no setup charges.
9. What type of packaging is available?
Our doll orders of 500 pieces above are packed in a decorative box with clamshell packaging. Orders of below 500 pieces can be packed in individual protective boxes.
10. Can the boxes be printed?
Yes, orders can be printed. For orders of 3000 pieces or above, color printing on the box is included. For below 3000 pieces, we can provide prices for printing based on your design requirements.
11. Where are the dolls made?
We have two production facilities – in Mexico and China. The initial models for large orders will always be made in Mexico, which is more convenient and efficient for the proofing process. The full orders will be made in either Mexico or China, depending on the delivery time needs of the clients, and capacity availability.
12. Can I have a pre-production sample shipped to me?
Yes, we will send you a pre-production sample for the cost of shipping. Note, however, that this may delay the delivery date of your doll as we wait for arrival and approval.
13. When is payment required?
We require 50% payment at the time of arrival and the balance upon delivery at your site. If you prefer to pay by check, we can pre-authorize a credit card pending delivery of your check.
